AnyWhereFitness IFP
Authorization and Agreement
AnyWhereFitness™ authorizes registered Affiliated Independent Fitness Professionals to use trademarked products and services in conjunction with participating facilities and partners business within designated territory to implement fitness programs and promote the AnyWhereFitness™ brand.

Business Services and Support:
AnyWhereFitness™ business services and support provides the business or IFP with start-up development consultation, lead generation, established territory designation, marketing and promotions support.   The business or IFP will be billed an annual fee of $50 to offset administrative cost.

Independent Contractor Status:
You agree this authorization does not make you an employee, agent, or legal representative of AnyWhereFitness™.   As a self-employed independent contractor, you will be operating your own independent business, purchasing business support materials, implementing fitness services on your own account.   You have complete freedom to determine how many hours you will need to devote to your business, and you have the sole discretion of scheduling those hours.   All services performed/implemented by you for AnyWhereFitness™ clients or authorized participating facilities will be compensated in accordance with the agreed compensation plan.   You will not be treated as an employee for state and tax purposes, and you will be responsible for any payment of any self-employment and other income taxes.   You will receive and IRS form 1099-MISC reflecting the amount of income paid to you during the calendar year by AnyWhereFitness™.   It will be your sole responsibility to account for such income on your individual tax returns.

Expiration and Renewal:
You must maintain a current authorization in order to preserve your rights as an IFC, including all rights to obtain authorization to tour clients through participating facilities within any given territory designation.   Your authorization expires December 31st of each calendar year.   Failure to renew will result in removal as an AnyWhereFitness™ Affiliated Independent Fitness consultant -- all lead generation, territory designation, marketing support will be discontinued.   If your registration agreement is processed between September 1st and December 31st, your authorization will automatically include the next calendar year.
